We wanted to share with you our recent experience with Sunny Builders Group and the amazing crew we worked with. We had issues in our backyard with flooding, lack of drainage, and root issues in our front courtyard which was lifting the cement slabs. We reached out to several contractors, received a few quotes, whiles others never returned our calls. Sunny, on the other hand was prompt in reaching out to us. The day we met, we discussed what the issues were and what we were looking for and did a walk through. Afterwards, to our pleasant surprise he took the time to sit with us and showed us all the paperwork for his license and bonding, the insurance coverage, workers compensation, how payments are made only once each stage is finished etc. This may not seem important to some but for us it showed us their honesty, integrity. The fact that everything was laid out in detail gave us peace of mind. An other thing to mention is that he never tried to upsell us. He truly listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was. Through out the project, Sunny was always in contact with us, checking in to see if we had any questions, concerns and if we were happy with how things were progressing. The few changes or adjustments that needed to be done were quickly taken care of. The crew was always friendly, professional, on time and everything was cleaned up and left tidy at the end of each day. We are extremely happy with the results of our project. We now have a functional backyard and a beautiful courtyard to enjoy. We can't say enough good things about Sunny, the crew and other staff members that we had the pleasure of meeting along the way. We had a couple of contractors who pressure us to sign the contract. Others were intimated to do the project. One had an expired license. It was a completely different experience with Sunny. He did not pressure us to sign a contract. He was confident to do the project. He was very knowledgeable about retaining walls and gave us multiple options on how to do the project. He listen to our concerns, our ideas and collaborated with us. We felt heard rather listen too. That was very important to us. We felt very comfortable with Sunny and we are looking to do another project with him. I would recommend Sunny to anyone who wants to do a project at their house.

After enduring every homeowner's nightmare of all nightmares for the past year with another contracting group, Sharon and his team swooped in and restored my belief that there are good, honorable contractors out there. The previous group left us with a poorly graded and incapable drainage system in our backyard which resulted in regular flooding to the back half of our house plus one helluva sink hole in the front yard wear they trudged a new sewer line.Sunny Builders Group came to inspect and identified exactly what needed to be done to right the situation, offered a very reasonable bid, and most importantly, a quick turnaround time - especially important given how much rain we have had the past winter. Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with and it's obvious that he has genuine interest in helping people. We will be using them again in the future and I have already started recommending them to anyone that needs help. I hired Sunny Builders Group to do my pool decking, artificial turf, retaining walls and some pavers.The guys showed up on time every day and did a perfect job.Nadav the project manager was wonderful with running the show and responding my questions.I’m super satisfied from the end result and for sure I will call them again for my next project !Definitely recommend company to any construction job you have.
